"Flip the label on your child's favourite top. If it says polyester, acrylic or nylon, that's plastic. It sheds microfibres in every wash and it doesn't breathe in the same way natural fibres do. You don't need to replace everything overnight. Just start reading the labels. Look for 100% organic cotton, and look for OEKO-TEX, it means the whole process was checked . Small swaps = big difference."
