UK Standard Delivery

• £3.95 flat rate
• Free for orders over £70
• Delivered in 3-7 working days

UK Express Delivery

• £6.95 flat rate
• Delivered in 2-4 working days (Order by 12pm)

International Shipping

• Available to selected countries
• Rates calculated at checkout
• Delivery typically within 5-10 working days

All orders are shipped in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pure & Little pieces. If something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible

How to return or exchange:

1. Email us at info@pureandlittle.com with your order number and reason for return. Any photographic evidence you have to support your claim will speed things up.
2. We'll send you return instructions and a return address
3. Once received and approved, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 working days

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• We do not offer returns on personalised or final sale item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll put it right as quickly as possible.
