Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Pure & Little pieces. If something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible
How to return or exchange:
- Email us at info@pureandlittle.com with your order number and reason for return. Any photographic evidence you have to support your claim will speed things up.
- We'll send you return instructions and a return address
- Once received and approved, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 working days
