ordering and payment
pure and little accepts Visa and MasterCard. payment is processed at time of purchase and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. all advertised sale prices are automatically calculated at checkout. store credits will be issued as coupons that may be entered at checkout in the designated field on the shopping cart before the order is submitted. this will deduct the full amount of the store credit or discount from the total order. if the store credit is more than the total purchase amount we will issue a new coupon for the remaining balance available to use for future purchase.
shipping and handling policy
orders are shipped within the united states via UPS and processed within one to three business days from the date of purchase. customers have the option to ship UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air or UPS Next Day Air Early. real-time shipping costs are automatically calculated and determined by destination and actual weight. shipping rates are subject to change. customers can estimate shipping and tax by entering destination prior to checking out. PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES.
return policy
you may return non-sale merchandise for exchange or store credit only with original receipt up to 30 days from purchase date. shipping and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable. all returns must be in original condition- unused, unwashed and undamaged with original tags and packaging. returned items that do not meet these qualifications will not be accepted. a store credit authorization number will be e-mailed to the address provided in order to make future purchases.
to make a return or exchange, please complete the return form and send regular mail (USPS) with merchandise and receipt in original packaging. please note, pure and little does not assume return shipping costs.
lost or damaged shipment
lost or damaged merchandise will be refunded including shipping charge if the product is defective, damaged or the wrong product was shipped. please contact us immediately if you believe your package has been lost. lost shipment is subject to verification. if your package appears to have sustained damage please note when signing for the shipment and contact us immediately. keep all shipping materials including box and all contents.
refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days from the date the package is received. an e-mail notification will be sent to the address listed on your account once the transaction has been processed. please note, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your bank account.
gift services
pure and little can ship your purchase as a gift to another party. gift wrap can be added to select items for an additional $5.95 charge. larger items may not apply. please be sure to include a brief message (30 words or less) during the checkout process. please note all gift orders are packed with a gift invoice that does not include pricing.
registry
customers can create a registry for their baby at pure and little to make identifying gift preferences convenient and simple. first, customers must create an account if they do not have one. this will allow them to manage their registry. next, they will build and edit the registry by selecting items including quantity, size and color where possible. the account will be active immediately and can be viewed to see what has been purchased. to find a registry, enter the registrant's last name and first initial. to refine your search, include the registrant's city and state of residence or shower date.
